BUILT WITH INTENT

REFLECT JOURNAL

This journal was designed as a guide for personal growth. Whether you’re just getting started in your writing journey or you’ve been journaling your whole life, this is the perfect place to jump in! The journal introduces you to the purpose and importance of journaling, while challenging you to assess where you think you might be in your healing journey. We’ve identified 3 phases in the process of healing and becoming.

1. Reflect

To process growth, joy, pain and everything in between. Reflection comes with embracing all emotions and recognizing where they are rooted. Writing what you feel allows you to fully pause with intent and process feelings and emotions you may not understand right away.

2. Evolve

The process of personal development – moving onward and upward in strength from past. To evolve is refinement in the complexity of who you are becoming. Write about what you are learning and how you are growing in the present.

3. Revel

This is the best part! To revel is to celebrate. Recognize every victory and cultivate gratitude. Revel in the truth of how far you’ve come.

Lastly, blank pages can be intimidating, and we understand how hard it can be to know where to begin when picking up a fresh journal. So, we’ve provided you with a few starter topics to take the overwhelm out of where to begin.

COMMUNAL JOURNAL

Our Communal Journal is our first and original shared journal. We created this journal with the intention of spreading the message that every voice matters, and the hope that sharing stories and reading others’ will create a movement of vulnerability in your heart and the community around you.

Maya Angelou once said,

“There’s no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside of you.”

One must be brave to be vulnerable, but we believe with our whole heart that stories have the power to influence and transform lives, and most importantly, connect us in a way that lends a deep sense of knowing that we are not alone.

Use this journal to share amongst, friends and family, write about a focused topic in a support group, or use in spaces of hospitality (like a coffee shop!) to gather stories from your local community. We encourage you to use this book as a vessel for deeper connection with others.
