US SHIPPING ONLY

Unfortunately as a small business, we are currently not shipping internationally. We will notify you when international shipping is available. If you have any further questions about this, you can email us at info@thewrittencollectiveco.com .

Free Standard USPS Shipping is included with each order and will arrive within 5-7 business days. Domestic orders arrive 2-3 business days after shipping.

Pre-orders have their own shipping date. Ship date is stated on our site where all product is featured.

Once Your Order Is Placed

We will be collecting orders throughout the week and weekends, and send out shipments every Wednesday and Friday. Because we are such a small business, we must allow time to package each item. We hand-package every order in-house in Nashville, TN. We appreciate your patience with this method.

Please note that once your order is placed and shipped, we only have control over tracking the package for you. We do not have a working relationship with USPS at the moment, so we cannot accept responsibility for delivery failures. This can be very frustrating for everyone, as each item is valuable and desired to land in the hands of the purchaser safe, sound, and in a timely manner. Most of the time packages will arrive safe and sound, but we all know that sometimes the system has hiccups.

Before You Click “Purchase”

Please triple-check and make sure the address you provide us with is correct. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped to the wrong address if the address provided to us is no longer your address.

Can I return my or exchange my item?

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges on our current items. All sales are final upon shipment.

What If My Package Wasn’t Delivered!?

We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been misplaced or stolen. Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced after 30 days of non-movement for domestic.
